The scope of work: A comprehensive review of contractor qualifications, façade access strategy, material submittals, shop drawings, design calculations, method statements, and RFIs to ensure alignment with project requirements. On-site inspections during the installation of façade access equipment to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations. Revisions for all documentation, shop drawings, and method statements. Inspect the fabrication of BMU, Davits, and Cradle systems.
