In DAMAC Riverside, a large-scale mixed-use development, KAD Design’s scope was to design and implement a rope access-based solution. We developed a fully integrated system of abseil rails and anchors, carefully coordinated with architectural and structural elements to ensure both functionality and aesthetics. Our team provided feasibility reports, technical drawings, and performance specifications, resulting in a cost-effective façade access strategy tailored to the project’s long-term maintenance requirements.
