Meet The Founder

Khaldoun Aldamour is the Founder and Principal Consultant of KAD Design, bringing over 20 years of specialized experience in the Facade Access industry across the Middle East. With a strong background in engineering, design consultancy, and technical compliance, he has successfully delivered more than 300 projects, including high-rise towers, complex architectural façades, and landmark developments. His expertise spans BMU systems, Rope Access strategies, and bespoke engineering solutions, with deep knowledge of international standards and guidelines. His vision for KAD Design is to deliver reliable, innovative, and client-focused engineering consultancy services that set new benchmarks in quality and safety.
