Al Habtoor Tower – Dubai

For the iconic 88-story Al Habtoor Tower, KAD Design developed a hybrid façade access solution to address the challenges posed by its distinctive wavy façade geometry and extreme height. Our scope included the complete design of a system capable of covering over 110,000 sqm of façade area while optimizing the cleaning cycle for efficiency. We produced detailed technical documentation, compliance reports, and design calculations while coordinating structural and architectural interfaces to ensure seamless integration of the system.
