The high-rise towers include a ground floor and 1 podium levels; and 20 residential floors for Tower A & 22 floors for Tower B with a maximum height of FFL +81.75m Tower A & +92.55m for Tower B. Our consultancy services focused on developing a cost-effective strategy that met stringent local regulations and ensured ease of long-term maintenance.
